Role Overview
As CRM & Revenue Systems Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling the systems that power our commercial engine. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer success and operations, you will ensure our tools, data, and processes are fully aligned to drive revenue growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem and its integration with Stripe, enabling clear visibility across the funnel and unlocking automation at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
You will also play a key role in shaping our revenue strategy by identifying opportunities for experimentation, running structured tests across the funnel, and using data-driven insights to inform continuous optimisation and growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM across marketing, sales, and service functions
- Build and maintain the HubSpot ↔ Stripe integration, ensuring accurate data syncing and revenue attribution
- Design and optimise the full customer journey from lead to repeat customer and advocate within the CRM
- Create and manage automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Develop dashboards and reporting for revenue performance, funnel conversion, and lifecycle metrics
- Maintain high standards of data hygiene, segmentation, and lifecycle management
- Support e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth and reliable checkout and payment experience
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve conversion and retention
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement scalable, system-driven solutions
- Design and run experiments across the customer funnel to improve conversion, retention, and revenue performance
- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations, influencing marketing, sales, and pricing decisions
- Partner closely with finance to ensure alignment between CRM data, bookings, and reported revenue
