Your mission
Your responsibilities:
- Own the brand on social You’ll lead the full content lifecycle from ideation to creation to publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll shape how we show up, talk, and evolve over time.
- Create content that actually resonates You’ll make scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or whatever tool helps you work fast and look great.
- Build and iterate a smart strategy You’ll choose where we go deep and where we experiment always with our goals, audience, and momentum in mind. You’ll be a thought partner to the marketing team, connecting the dots between content, product, and brand.
- Foster an engaged community You’ll get in the comments, start conversations, and find us in unexpected places from Reddit threads to Facebook groups. You’ll lay the foundation for a community that wants to stay close.
- Let insights guide you You’ll track what’s working (and what’s not), dig into the “why,” and bring back smart, clear next steps. You’ll get better every week and take us with you.
- Spot creators and collabs worth our time You’ll identify influencers and partners who align with our brand and values, and explore creative ways to work together whether that’s product seeding, storytelling, or something we haven’t tried yet.
- Stay sharp and lead the way You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of culture, trends, and platform changes helping us stay relevant and smart, not performative. You’ll help shape our point of view and presence in the market.
